Baked Lemon Herb Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 lemons (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and season with herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Top with lemon slices and bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve with a side of steamed veggies.
