Chicken and Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts (sliced)
  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine greens, cucumber, tomatoes, and avocado.
  2. Add grilled chicken slices on top.
  3. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss lightly.
